Module 02 Overview
Module 2 - This module will introduce you to project stakeholders, SDLC, and software acquisition. Project stakeholders play important roles in a successful project. The Software Development Life Cycle is a process used to design, develop and test high quality software. The SDLC has grown into many variants over the years as software has become increasing more complex. We will investigate several of these models. We will also look at what is involved acquiring software vs developing software. As we will see, buy vs build has many complicated decisions. We must consider the vendor aspect as well as potential software/system options.
